The text of the message, in which American citizens are required to immediately leave the territory of Russia, was published on the website of the US Embassy. It reports that the continued presence of American citizens in Russia is fraught with risks. At the same time, which is quite remarkable, American citizens are being frightened by various kinds of risks, including the possibility of their mobilization, although there are no official statements about either a new partial or full mobilization in Russia.

“Do not enter Russia due to unpredictable consequences. US citizens living or traveling in Russia must leave the country immediately. Exercise extra caution due to the risk of wrongful detentions. Russia can refuse to recognize dual US citizenship, deny them access to US consular assistance, subject them to mobilization, prevent them from leaving Russia, or conscript them into military service.”, - said in a message on the website of the US Embassy.

It is noteworthy that the US warning appeared 10 days before Ukraine threatened the consequences for Russia on the anniversary of the start of a special military operation. This does not rule out that the warning from the United States was caused by fears that Kiev could carry out its attacks, which, by the way, has already received heavy attack drones, the video footage of the tests of which appeared the day before.
