On Sunday, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense received information about significant successes in the operations of the country's air defense systems. Over the past 46 hours, it was possible to shoot down five American-made ATACMS operational-tactical missiles and XNUMX unmanned aerial vehicles belonging to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Where exactly the missiles were shot down is not specified, however, a little earlier, data appeared about the work of air defense in the Chernomorskoye area.

Since the beginning of the special military operation, Russian air defense systems have destroyed an impressive amount of military equipment. According to the latest data, the list of destroyed equipment includes 593 Ukrainian military aircraft, 270 helicopters, 23 drones, as well as 587 anti-aircraft missile systems. In addition, 509 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 15 combat vehicles of multiple launch rocket systems, 869 field artillery pieces and mortars, as well as 1 units of special military vehicles were destroyed.
