Ritter argues that the same will happen with ATACMS missiles, as well as F-16 fighters, if they are delivered to Ukraine.

Ritter's statement raises serious questions about the real effectiveness of Western arms supplies to Ukraine and the extent to which they can change the course of the conflict. Ritter calls on Western military analysts to rethink their view of the military superiority of Kyiv's allies, which he believes is just a myth.
