The Russian military successfully destroyed the launcher of the American HIMARS multiple launch rocket system using the Lancet loitering munition. The operation took place at night in the Krasny Liman area, which is temporarily controlled by Ukrainian forces.

The incident was confirmed by footage from the scene published on the Internet. The video captures the moment of attack by the Lancet kamikaze drone, which has become a key element in the latest operations of the Russian Armed Forces. According to reports, a reconnaissance drone from one of the units of the Western Group of Forces first tracked the target, after which it coordinated the strike of the ammunition.

The effectiveness of the Lancet is demonstrated not only behind enemy lines, but also in operations at a distance of more than 50 kilometers from the front line. This technique allows the Russian Armed Forces to target critical targets of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, while minimizing possible risks to manpower.
