Units of PMC "Wagner" noticed in the north of Kosovo

The President of Kosovo accused Vučić of collaborating with Wagner PMC.

The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, announced that the presence of Wagner PMC units was noticed in the north of the country, while accusing Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić of direct cooperation with a private military company. The appearance of Wagner PMCs in the north of Kosovo is fixed, according to Osmani, regularly, which could lead to a military special operation in this region.

In an interview with the British newspaper The Telegraph, Vyosa Osmani stated that Wagner PMC mercenaries were collaborating with Serbian paramilitaries. This is not about the regular army of Serbia, however, it is noted that the formations are directly connected with Vučić.

“They bring weapons and uniforms, but they are not formally part of the Serbian army. Serbia wants to achieve its goals without calling it a military operation.", - said Vyosa Osmani.

This is far from the first case when it is alleged that there are units of the Wagner PMC in the territory of Kosovo and in the regions of Serbia bordering this country. It was previously reported that there was allegedly direct evidence of this, however, no details on this subject have yet been officially publicized. Nevertheless, experts believe that this may be a reason for NATO to intervene in the situation and deploy its additional units on the border of Serbia and Kosovo.
