At night, a series of powerful explosions thundered in Armyansk.

Russian air defenses were able to successfully repel an attack from the Ukrainian military, however, the attack on Armyansk is the first evidence that the Ukrainian army has the ability to strike in the current direction. This causes serious concern, especially against the backdrop of the recently appeared fake that the population of the city allegedly began to evacuate en masse.

According to the mayor of Armyansk, air defense systems managed to hit targets that intended to strike at the territory of Armyansk. It remains unknown how many targets were in total and how many of them were shot down, however, the situation is extremely tense, as this is the first known case of strikes by the Ukrainian military in the northern part of Crimea.

Armyansk is located in the zone of destruction of the Ukrainian MLRS HIMARS and Alder systems. This does not exclude the possibility that the Armed Forces of Ukraine will use the capabilities of these weapons to carry out attacks.
