The T-72B3 tank received by the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a trophy was destroyed by a Russian drone.

The drone successfully detected the tank, which was actively used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, after which a grenade was dropped into the open hatch of the tank. As a result, the ammunition detonated and, judging by the fire, the tank was destroyed in just a few seconds.

Remarkable is the fact that a tank worth millions of rubles was destroyed by a drone worth only a few tens of thousands of rubles. Moreover, experts pay attention to the fact that a grenade dropped from a height of several tens of meters hit the hatch for sure. This indicates that the drone was controlled by a specialist.

Judging by the video footage, there was no crew inside the combat vehicle, in any case, we are talking about the gunner and commander of the combat vehicle. This may indicate that the tank was hit during one of the battles, and its destruction is associated with the risk that this combat vehicle could be mined, since such cases have already occurred.

To date, drones are actively used in the conflict, which pose a threat not only to manpower, but also to well-protected military equipment.
