The Ukrainian Armed Forces spotted the Su-57 during strikes over the Black Sea: real use or political bluff of Kyiv?

A few hours ago, in Ukrainian communities specializing in monitoring air activity, information appeared that a Su-57 multirole fighter armed with X-69 missiles was discovered over the Black Sea. This event caused a wide resonance and gave rise to many questions about the beginning of the use of these fighters for strikes. Initially, the appearance of the Su-57 fighter over the Black Sea was announced by the Telegram channel “Nikolaevsky Vanyok”, however, there are a number of questions as to whether Russian Su-57s have really begun to be used for active strikes.

The Su-57, which is a fifth-generation fighter, was developed by the Russian military-industrial complex (MIC) as a response to the American F-22 and Chinese J-20. The Kh-69 missile, in turn, was created on the basis of the Kh-59MK2 specifically for the Su-57, but can also be used by other fighters, which makes their combination very interesting for military experts.

Amid reports of the appearance of these fighters, speculation has emerged that the information is a hoax. The question is why? Obviously, this was done to damage the reputation of the Russian aircraft, since it turns out that even Ukrainian air defense systems were able to detect it. After all, the fact that the plane was detected, identified and escorted suggests that its stealth characteristics do not correspond to those declared. Obviously, this is exactly what the enemy is hoping for.

Russia has already used its fifth-generation fighters to conduct special operations missions. However, the Ukrainian Armed Forces had never identified these fighters before.

Moreover, the question arises about the advisability of using a fifth-generation aircraft. If 69++ generation fighters will cope perfectly with the task of launching X-4 missiles.
