Deliveries are bypassing Western sanctions. Why? Because the world is dependent on Russian energy... 

And the West understands this, that it is impossible to squash it with sanctions, otherwise energy resources, at the time of the exclusion of one of the main players in the market, will soar in price so much that hyperinflationary mechanisms will be launched all over the world, which in turn will lead to social upheavals.
