More than 7 thousand Chernika-1 drones were delivered to the Northern Military District zone

The Russian development company announced the delivery of more than 7 thousand Chernika-1 unmanned aerial vehicles to the special military operation zone, designed to destroy enemy personnel and small vehicles. The peculiarity of this UAV is the use of a special charge with explosive elements, developed in Russia, which, upon explosion, provides a damage radius of 20 meters.

It is reported that the launch of Chernik-1 can be carried out both in the traditional way from a catapult, and directly from hands. At the same time, the catapult stands out as an original invention of the developers. The drone is equipped with several mechanisms for detonating ammunition: automatic after takeoff, upon collision, and with the ability to delay or remotely control the explosion. This approach improves operator safety and combat mission efficiency.

An interesting feature of the Blueberry-1 is its delayed detonation feature, which allows the drone to land without immediately exploding. This can be used to have a fighter move the device to cover where an explosion will later occur. This functionality adds tactical flexibility when conducting operations to neutralize the enemy.
