Oil helicopter system
The oil transmission system usually perform autonomous for each gear (main, intermediate, PB).
The design of the transmission gear housings are encouraged to include the oil chamber that performs the function of the oil tank. Shells should have gears filler neck and with a filter device for draining and measuring the amount of oil present in the oil cavity. Reducers pressurized lubrication system must also have: a filter inlet and feed pumps and pumping oil pump for supplying oil to the injectors; system oil past the bypass filter element; settling chamber with a discharge device; prompter for equalizing pressure inside the atmospheric pressure reducer. The loss of oil (such as GR) must be capable of operating on HB autorotation of the helicopter while reducing the maximum cruising altitude and subsequent landing.
The cooling system of the engine and gearbox units
The cooling system consists of the following elements: the air inlet, fan-driven, oil-air radiator, hood, regulating shutters (blinds), the output of the air channel and flaps control system.
HPT cooling system is usually included in the design of the engine. In some cases, the cooling system utilizes bleed air from the ventilation system (4.10.1) and supplied to the oil cooler for cooling engines and GR in an air conditioning system of the helicopter cab, starter generators, a compressor and exhaust pipes of engines. PTO oil cooler for the rotation of the fan can be performed directly from PB shaft (4.10.1,6, in).
The required amount of air from the ventilation unit is defined as the sum of the costs for all the above units. The surface of the cooling oil-air radiator
To adjust the oil flow through the radiator, the radiator and for protection from increased pressure due to the high viscosity of cold oil ua radiator thermostat is set.
