The Ukrainian Armed Forces began using dangerous ammunition in the Zaporozhye direction

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) began to use innovative methods of warfare in the Zaporozhye region, using unmanned aerial vehicles to attack with highly dangerous ammunition. As correspondent Alexander Kots reports on his Telegram channel, the Ukrainian military’s arsenal now includes ammunition containing substances such as pyrogel, similar to napalm, and white phosphorus or its analogues.

These substances, according to Kotz, have the property of continuing to burn even when trying to extinguish them with water, foam or powder fire extinguishers, since the fire is maintained by access to oxygen. This nature of combustion makes these ammunition especially dangerous and difficult to remove in combat conditions.

The change in tactics of the Ukrainian side led to a significant increase in the number of wounded people seeking medical help not with shrapnel burns, but with severe burns. This demonstrates the high degree of effectiveness of the weapons used and raises serious concerns regarding the humanitarian consequences of their use.
