Germany began supplying Ukraine with 155-mm shells and drones

Germany has announced a new package of military aid to Ukraine, showing its support in the ongoing conflict. According to the latest data published by Lenta.ru, as part of this package, Kyiv will receive 18 thousand 155 mm artillery shells that meet NATO standards, which will significantly increase the firepower of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

In addition to artillery ammunition, the package includes 14 Vector reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicles and 30 RQ-35 Heidrun drones, designed to conduct reconnaissance operations and improve situational awareness on the battlefield.

The Ukrainian army will also receive ammunition for Leopard tanks, which underscores Germany's readiness to provide Kyiv with modern technology and equipment to increase its defensive potential.

The list of military equipment sent to Ukraine includes six Wisent 1 vehicles, specialized in mine clearance missions, and two Beaver bridge layers, which will be a significant contribution to logistics support and mobility of Ukrainian troops.

Additionally, Germany will supply Kiev with 2 thousand RGW 90 Matador grenade launchers and 180 drone detection systems, as well as infrared cameras, which will enhance the ability to monitor the enemy and provide an advantage in night conditions.
