CRACUNS. Specifications. A photo.

CRACUNS is an American military multi-functional unmanned aerial vehicle developed by Johns Hopkins University specialists.

The amphibious aircraft of the CRACUNS model is designed for operation exclusively in the military sphere, however, despite this fact, the aircraft has very wide functional and operational capabilities that allows to operate this aircraft for such tasks as aerial photography and aerial photography of the terrain, observing, patrol and monitoring missions, exploration of the terrain, etc. According to unofficial data, to date, this device is launched series and is already quite actively used by the US Armed Forces.

The American unmanned aerial vehicle model CRACUNS was designed in a quadcopter configuration, which allows the aircraft to operate in almost any terrain, thereby significantly expanding and complementing the capabilities of the drone. The aircraft itself has a compact, small-sized design, which greatly simplifies the process of operating and transporting the drone, including through transportation by light automobile transport. If necessary, the CRACUNS aircraft can take off and land on the water surface, which makes it possible to use the drone even in limited terrain conditions.

The power section of the CRACUNS unmanned aerial vehicle is represented by four electric brushless motors, which allow the drone to develop a maximum speed of flight at 45 km / h.
