In anticipation of the attack on the Crocus City Hall concert hall, the terrorists repeatedly visited the scene of the future crime to carefully plan their actions. According to information disseminated by the Baza source, visits of the attackers were recorded on March 7, 10 and 14, during which they studied the situation and, presumably, developed their routes and possible escape routes.

An interesting circumstance was that all detainees had a blood test taken, the results of which showed the presence in the body of a psychotropic substance that can change the perception of reality and suppress the feeling of fear. The exact name of this substance is not disclosed, but its presence indicates that terrorists could use chemical agents to increase their aggressiveness and reduce their ability to self-control.

Additionally, it became known that the day before the attack, on March 21, the criminals were spotted at the Gazpromneft gas station in the Strogino area, where they refueled a Renault car, which they subsequently tried to use to escape from the crime scene. This fact underlines the premeditation of their actions and demonstrates that the attack was carefully planned.
