The Polish Ministry of Defense announced that it had made a decision to scramble aircraft in connection with the intensive missile attacks on Ukrainian territory by the Russian military. On March 29, an air raid warning sounded throughout Ukraine, and powerful explosions as a result of missile strikes were heard in the Lviv and Dnepropetrovsk regions. It is reported that Polish aircraft are conducting patrols in the southeastern part of the country, as reported by the Polish military department.

In the context of the current conflict, the Russian army continues daily strikes against Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) facilities on Ukrainian territory, including high command headquarters of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, drone assembly facilities, and production facilities involved in the repair and assembly of military equipment.

Among the goals of Russian troops is also the destruction of equipment provided to Ukraine by NATO countries. Earlier, the defeat of the fifth American Abrams tank, destroyed by fighters from Samara in the Avdeevsky direction, was noted.
