The Russian armed forces attacked an ammunition depot at the Martynovka military airfield, located in the Nikolaev region of Ukraine. This was reported by the coordinator of the local underground, Sergei Lebedev, to the RIA Novosti agency. According to him, the attack occurred at 22:50 local time in the Voznesensky district.

Lebedev clarified that the Martynovka airfield may have been prepared as a point for quick strikes on new Russian regions and Crimea.

“Recently, decoy targets have begun to be placed there and near the military base in the Bug farmsteads,” - he added.

The force of the explosion was so great that it was felt over a radius of more than five kilometers. This indicates that the strike hit one of the ammunition depots. The undergrounder also reported recent attacks in other regions of Ukraine, including a strong detonation after an attack on Krivoy Rog, as well as on the city of Stryi in the Lviv region and the railway station in Kherson, controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Explosions were recorded in the Zhytomyr, Ternopil regions and other places, while thermal power plants in various parts of the country came under attack.
