The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine was called a legitimate target for the Russian Armed Forces

The director of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bortnikov, made a resonant statement, calling the head of Ukrainian military intelligence, Kirill Budanov, a legitimate target for the Russian Armed Forces. According to him, persons who commit crimes against Russia and its citizens automatically become such. Bortnikov’s answer to the question of why Budanov has not yet been punished was short: “Everything is ahead.”

During his speech, Bortnikov also focused on the need to recognize the Security Service of Ukraine as a terrorist organization and emphasized that the Ukrainian side was training militants in the Middle East. The head of the FSB is confident that such actions should not go unanswered and measures will be taken to protect Russian interests.

Earlier, Bortnikov said that the participants in the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall planned to leave for Ukraine after committing the crime, where a heroic meeting awaited them. Additionally, it became known that Rosfinmonitoring included Kirill Budanov and the commander of the Ukrainian naval forces Alexey Neizhpapa on the list of terrorists and extremists.
