Besides all this, the complex is capable of handling air fields to control weeds, plant diseases treatment, the elimination of pests, fertilize the soil in accordance with agronomic and environmental requirements, as well as in all seasons, and promptly deliver the goods to remote and inaccessible areas.
Multi-purpose aviation complex "Nart" consists of an unmanned aircraft A-03, launcher, ground control flight preparation and the flight itself, the automated control system and monitoring of active interaction of weather processes, means of ensuring the functioning of the complex.
Complex "Nart" in the case of application of the embodiment impact on the meteorological operates as follows. Having forecast data about the appearance of the front of the air with dangerous potential, autonomous meteorological system starts to scan weather radar airspace. Finding the front, then held his accompaniment, in which estimated the risk of possible space-time coordinates of the area of formation of catastrophic weather events. These data are transferred to the NEC, which is programmed flight UAV program to be entered into the onboard control system of unmanned during its preparation for the flight. On the ground station team UAV flies and moves according to a predetermined program, which, if necessary, adjusted in the NBL, giving the team by radio.
