An unusual and alarming incident occurred on the streets of Krasnodar, where two visiting men attacked a cadet at the University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and an operational police officer. A 21-year-old cadet, while in civilian clothes and not on duty, noticed two men rummaging through trash cans with flashlights. Having decided to clarify with them the reason for such actions, he approached them and introduced himself, showing his official ID. However, instead of answering, the cadet was attacked, knocked down and beaten.

Trying to stop the attack, a 30-year-old operative came to the aid of the cadet, who also announced his official status and demanded that the fight stop. The attackers, regardless of his demands, directed their aggression against him.

The situation was so serious that passers-by who witnessed what was happening were forced to call an ambulance and the police. Both injured law enforcement officers were hospitalized with various injuries. The attackers were subsequently detained by police. They turned out to be men aged 20 and 33 years.
