The supply of NATO weapons to Ukraine for strikes on Russian territory will turn into a global catastrophe.

After it became known that Western countries had decided to supply Ukraine with offensive weapons due to the turning point, and now they are preparing Kyiv to launch an offensive and attacks on Russian territory, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said that this could turn into a global catastrophe.

According to Volodin, NATO's actions lead to catastrophic consequences and force Russia to use more powerful weapons to carry out its strikes. What kind of weapons are we talking about, Volodin did not explain, however, the situation could lead to global consequences.

“Supplies of offensive weapons to the Kyiv regime will lead to a global catastrophe. If Washington and NATO countries supply weapons that will be used to strike civilian cities and attempt to seize our territories, as they threaten, this will lead to retaliatory measures using more powerful weapons.Volodin said.

It is known that only since the beginning of this year, the Ukrainian allies have promised to transfer more than 1000 armored vehicles to Kyiv, and in mid-February, the issue of providing Ukraine with combat aircraft may begin to be discussed.
