Explosions were recorded in the Odessa region of Ukraine. Information about this was posted on the “24 Channel” Telegram channel. The details of the incident remain unclear, however, according to the online map of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, an air raid alert was declared in the region from 00:49.

This incident fits into the general context of increasingly frequent targeted missile strikes carried out by the Russian military. The targets of these strikes are often the locations of personnel and equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as well as energy, defense industry, military command and communications facilities of the country.

Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that as part of its operations, the Russian army tries to avoid attacks on civilian targets.

It should be noted that during the day, explosions were also recorded in the Odessa region.
