The militants staged a shootout on the border with the Kursk region.

An incident occurred in the Kursk region, as a result of which the Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group (DRG) collided with Russian border guards. According to information published in the SHOT Telegram channel, the skirmish took place near the village of Tetkino.

It is reported that the Ukrainian saboteurs began a short exchange of fire with Russian border guards, after which they quickly left the scene. It is noted that as a result of the incident, neither among the security forces nor among the local population were victims or injured.

The appearance of a Ukrainian sabotage group on the border with Russia caused serious concern, especially after a group of militants had previously invaded Russian territory, setting up terror in one of the settlements.

There are no official comments on this yet, however, the situation indicates that Russia maintains close control over the border.
