US donates state-of-the-art Patriot missiles to Ukraine

On the streets of Kyiv, fragments of interceptor missiles from the American Patriot air defense system were found.

On the streets of Kyiv, fragments of PAC-3 CRI and PAC-3 MSE interceptor missiles from the American MIM-104F Patriot air defense system were found. This is the most modern modification of the American air defense complex, which, apparently, was the target of the Russian Kinzhal missile last night.

The Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed that on the night of May 16, a US-made Patriot air defense system was hit using a Kinzhal missile.

"The armed forces of the Russian Federation delivered a concentrated strike on the points of deployment of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as on the places of storage of ammunition, weapons and military equipment delivered from Western countries. The purpose of the strike was achieved. All designated objects were hit", - note in the Russian defense department.

The Russian Federation decided to strike at the location of the Patriot air defense system after it used up its ammunition. Probably, fragments of missiles of the American air defense complex were found on the streets of Kyiv.

Military experts note that the found missiles are designed to counter, including ballistic missiles. One of the discovered photos shows the PAC-3 CRI interceptor missile, and the other shows the PAC-3 MSE missile gas-dynamic control unit.

This indicates the delivery of the latest models of American Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine.
