A Russian Su-57 destroyed a Ukrainian Su-24 bomber, allegedly equipped with British Storm Shadow missiles.

As part of a special military operation being carried out in Ukraine, the Russian fifth-generation Su-57 fighter has registered a new victory. According to the well-known aviation blogger Fighterbomber, the fighter destroyed a Ukrainian Su-24 bomber.

"There is good news. The Su-57 is drawing another beautiful star on the fuselage today. And if the Su-24 of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was with a couple of Storms on board, then this is doubly good news.", - wrote Fighterbomber.

It is worth noting that recently it became known about the transfer of long-range Storm Shadow missiles by the UK to Ukraine. These missiles are already being actively used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to strike targets in the depths of the defense of Russian troops. In particular, several strikes were carried out on Luhansk, which until recently remained inaccessible to Ukrainian troops.

Despite the statements of the airblogger, his data was not officially confirmed, especially since not so long ago he allegedly announced the destruction of the Bradley armored personnel carrier, however, in fact, it turned out that this information was not true.

At the same time, the supply of British missiles raised concerns about the security of Russian military installations and the civilian population of Lugansk. Military experts suggest that the Ukrainian side uses Soviet-made Su-24 bombers to carry out strikes using Storm Shadow missiles, since other Ukrainian fighters simply cannot carry such missiles.
