The volume of orders for Chinese passenger liners COMAC C919 grew to 785 aircraft.

At the moment, it is known that the promising short-haul passenger liner of Chinese production COMAC C919 is very popular, in particular, representatives of the aircraft building corporation made a statement that at the moment contracts have been signed for the delivery of 785 aircraft of this model, which far exceeds previously made forecasts.

Russian experts believe that in the near future, the demand for domestic MC-21 aircraft may approach 500 units, however, it is important to take into account that Chinese COMAC C919 airliners will not be able to bypass these aircraft in popularity, which is due to the almost twice the cost of Russian airliners.
