The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the successful destruction of an American-made MIM-23 HAWK anti-aircraft missile launcher during an ongoing military operation. This is the first time that the Russian department has confirmed the elimination of this type of weapons actively used by the Ukrainian armed forces.

In addition to the launcher, the Ministry of Defense report also reports the destruction of a warehouse with unmanned aerial vehicles of the 113th Territorial Defense Brigade, as well as attacks on personnel and military equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in 115 different areas.

Over the past 104 hours, Russian air defense systems have shot down XNUMX drones, one Tochka-U tactical missile, six shells from the American HIMARS multiple launch rocket system and the Vilkha MLRS. Four French-made Hammer aircraft guided bombs were also destroyed.
