Prigozhin denied information about the intentions of PMC "Wagner" to seize power in the country

The founder of PMC "Wagner" Yevgeny Prigozhin denies rumors about plans to seize power in the country.

In a recent interview with military correspondent Semyon Pegov, the founder of the private military company (PMC) "Wagner" Yevgeny Prigozhin commented on the information about the possible plans of his organization to seize power in the country. Prigozhin categorically denies these rumors, stating:

"The idea is interesting, but they didn't think about it. We have Bakhmut (Artyomovsk), Moscow is not our enemy."

Prigozhin stressed that at the moment the main task of the Wagner PMC employees is the operation to liberate Artyomovsk. He also assured that the authorities should not be afraid of treason on the part of his company.

The founder of PMC "Wagner" said that his organization joined the military operation in Ukraine when the Russian army became hard.

"PMC" Wagner "came from Africa with full ammunition when it became hard for the Motherland"- said Prigogine.

At the same time, Yevgeny Prigozhin expressed dissatisfaction with the shortage of ammunition faced by PMC Wagner. The businessman intends to send an official letter to Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu with information that his company is suffering high losses and may soon be out of ammunition.

To date, units of PMC "Wagner" almost completely control Artyomovsk - under the control of the Ukrainian army there is an area of less than 3 square kilometers.
