After the fall of a Ukrainian UAV, an explosion occurred at an oil depot in the Kaluga region

As a result of a drone attack on the Kaluganefteprodukt oil depot in the city of Lyudinovo, Kaluga Region, a large tank filled with gasoline exploded. The incident happened this night and was the result of the fall of two aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles. According to the Baza information resource, as a result of the fall, a tank with a volume of almost 700 cubic meters caught fire. Eyewitnesses report that half an hour after the first incident, another UAV fell on the territory of the facility.

The governor of the Kaluga region, Vladislav Shapsha, confirmed the information about the fall of three Ukrainian drones on the territory of the oil depot, but assured that serious damage and casualties were avoided. According to him, all necessary measures were immediately taken to contain the fire, and the situation is under the control of specialized services.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported the destruction on Sunday night of 17 Ukrainian drones aimed at the territory of several Russian regions. Among other things, nine of them were shot down over the Bryansk region, three over Kursk, three over Kaluga and two over Belgorod.
