The drone crashed on the territory of the rocket plant in Khimki.

According to information provided by sources, a drone with a camera was found on the territory of the Fakel rocket plant in Khimki near Moscow, which fell under unclear circumstances. The size of the UAV is 30 by 30 centimeters and it was discovered by security guards during a round of the enterprise.

According to preliminary data, the drone did not carry any weapons and did not pose a potential danger of attacking enterprises, however, its detection on the territory of the rocket plant caused serious concern. Moreover, there is evidence that the quadcopter is homemade, assembled from ready-made components.

According to the source, no injuries or damages were registered on the territory of the plant. The security forces are trying to find out who owns the drone. The Fakel plant is a manufacturer of the Tor and S-400 air defense systems, and is also engaged in the modernization of the S-300 and Osa systems.
