Ukrainian "Patriot" discharged an unknown electronic warfare system.

On the night of May 16, the Russian Aerospace Forces carried out a series of missile strikes on the territory of Ukraine. Among the targets was Kyiv, where a large number of explosions were noted. At the same time, the Ukrainian side is trying to soften the impression of what is happening, talking about the "successful" work of the air defense.

During the specified period of time, the battery of the Patriot air defense system, which was recently supplied from the United States to ensure the safety of the sky over Kiev, was operating. However, despite the firing of 32 anti-aircraft missiles, the battery was hit by Russian missiles.

This is confirmed by video recordings from the scene. In the video, you can see how the battery of the Patriot air defense system is actively firing, however, no targets were hit. Obviously, powerful interference was delivered, which could well simulate an air attack, which made it possible to minimize the chance of hitting the Dagger missile itself.

The United States confirms the fact of causing some damage to the complex, however, does not confirm the fact of its destruction. Nevertheless, such tactics of using electronic warfare equipment proved to be extremely effective, which does not exclude the possibility that it will be used again.
