The air forces of the People's Republic of China have worked out strikes against military naval facilities.

In response to the teachings of the United States and South Korea, the Chinese authorities conducted their own military exercises with the development of strikes against maritime targets. For the exercises, fighters, bombers and anti-submarine planes were brought in, while experts believe that the military maneuvers were specifically timed to demonstrate the military power of the PRC and to prevent any military conflicts either on its territory or near it.

American military experts have already called the exercises conducted by China a provocation, however, the Pentagon did not indicate an official position, citing the fact that the exercises do not pose a threat to the United States and allies, and are carried out exclusively to test the defense capability of the PRC.
