MP Andrei Lugovoi explained how the system of online agendas will work

“If you didn’t go to your personal account on“ Public Services ”? These are your problems,” - So State Duma deputy Andrei Lugovoi explained to our correspondent how the system with electronic summonses for those liable for military service will work.

Recently, more and more government services have become available online, and we are talking not only about payments and documents, but also about more serious issues, such as military registration. Today, State Duma deputy Andrey Lugovoy gave an interview in which he spoke about innovations in the system of sending conscripts to serve.

According to him, the new bill provides for the creation of a military registration register, as well as the introduction of an electronic summons system for recruits. Instead of waiting for a summons in paper form, those liable for military service will now receive it in their personal account on the State Services website. This should make the process more transparent and convenient.

However, as noted by Lugovoy, the responsibility for checking their personal account for the presence of the agenda lies solely with the citizens. If you accidentally missed the notification, or if you are in the taiga and you do not have access to the Internet, then the problems that have arisen in connection with this will be resolved at your expense.

The MP also stressed that those who choose to ignore the agenda will face various restrictions. Among them - a ban on leaving the country and deprivation of the opportunity to take a loan. According to Lugovoi, such measures should motivate citizens to be more attentive to their obligations to the state.

In general, the new bill aims to make the process of conscription for military service more modern and convenient for citizens. But at the same time, he requires them to have greater self-discipline and responsibility for the performance of their duties.
