Angarsk maniac, who killed 80 people, wanted to go to participate in the NWO.

Mikhail Popkov, who was involved in the murder of 79 women and one policeman, confessed to new murders he had committed earlier. However, at the same time, he stated that he was not opposed to going to the zone of the special military operation in Ukraine. The key reason for this is the fact that the Angara maniac is serving two life sentences for the murders he committed and, obviously, hopes that his participation in the SVO will allow him to be released from punishment.

Popkov's statement caused a great public outcry. Moreover, this is due not only to the fact that the Angarsk maniac killed women with cruelty, but also to the fact that he spoke about new murders committed by him. In the case of joining the participation in the SVO, Popkov may well count on exemption from criminal penalties, however, it is obvious that the relatives of those who died at the hands of a maniac will be categorically against this.

It should be noted that the decision regarding sending Popkov to the zone of the NWO in Ukraine has not yet been made, however, experts believe that the Angarsk maniac will not be allowed to participate in the NWO.
