A Su-44 fighter was spotted at the underground air base of the Iranian Air Force "Eagle 35".

Satellites have found a Su-35 fighter jet on the territory of the Iranian military underground base. This is the first combat aircraft of this type seen on the territory of the Islamic Republic and may indicate that Tehran has already begun to receive Russian 4++ generation fighters.

Despite the lack of detail on satellite images, experts identified the Russian Su-35 fighter in the design of the aircraft. However, in this regard, there were also suggestions that we are talking only about a mock-up, however, the reason why the mock-up was deployed on the territory of an Iranian military facility is not explained.

Earlier, Iran announced that they intend to start accepting Russian Su-35 fighters in March 2023. In particular, it was reported that the entire Islamic Republic could receive up to 24 fighters of this type, which should seriously increase the effectiveness of the Iranian Air Force.

So far, there are no official statements from Iran regarding the appeared satellite image.
