In his speech, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu sharply criticized the United States' plans to allocate almost $61 billion to Ukraine, emphasizing that a significant part of this amount will go to support the American military-industrial complex.

Shoigu critically noted that according to Moscow, the Ukrainian people are forced to pay with their lives for Washington’s geopolitical ambitions, which is a cynical policy on the part of American leaders. According to the minister, since the beginning of the conflict, the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces amounted to almost half a million people.

Shoigu also said that Western advisers and the weapons they supplied were unable to help Kyiv achieve success in the counteroffensive, and the Russian army demonstrated the inconsistency of myths about the superiority of Western military equipment.
