The positions of the Ukrainian army were hit with heavy vacuum bombs.

As a result of the use of these munitions, the enemy's manpower, military equipment and strengthening of the Armed Forces of Ukraine suffered extremely heavy damage. To date, this is the first voiced case of the use of vacuum bombs in recent times, although earlier such information has already appeared, but has not been officially confirmed.

“In the Kherson region, the Russian Aerospace Forces worked with vacuum bombs on targets. Aviation began to work much more actively along the entire front, striking both at the accumulation of manpower and equipment, and at fuel depots, ammunition and much more.- says Kirill Fedorov.

Avia.pro journalists had at their disposal video footage showing the use of thermobaric munitions and planning air bombs on Ukrainian military personnel, however, so far no vacuum bomb attacks have been reported.

Vacuum bombs, also known as reduced pressure bombs or cumulative effect bombs, use vacuum to generate destructive force. These bombs are similar in design to thermobaric bombs and contain a fuel and an oxidizer that explode inside a hollow hull, creating a low pressure zone. This results in an air wave that destroys everything around it, including buildings, vehicles and enemy manpower. Vacuum bombs are considered one of the most destructive types of munitions and can cause massive damage over a wide range.
