In Chechnya, a scandal is breaking out around the Minister of Emergency Situations Alikhan Tsakaev after his conflict with traffic police officers. According to information provided by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the North Caucasus Federal District, on April 14, Tsakaev’s car was spotted in the oncoming lane, which created a danger for other road users.
