At the Engels-2 air base, there were significantly fewer aircraft.

After the Ukrainian military attacked the Engels-2 strategic airfield in the Saratov region several times, it became known that there were practically no aircraft left. If earlier a large number of Tu-95 and Tu-160 strategic bombers were seen on satellite images, now only a few aircraft have been seen at the military airfield.

Fresh satellite images show that there are special protective structures on the territory of the military airfield, designed to absorb the explosion, in case the Ukrainian military launches a new attack on the strategic aviation base. At the same time, judging by satellite images, there are several aircraft on the territory of the military airfield, however, whether the latter are used is unknown.

Earlier there were reports that after the Ukrainian military attacks on the Engels-2 strategic aviation airfield, strategic bombers were transferred to other military air bases, however, given the recent strikes with the use of tactical missiles, this did not create obstacles to attacks on APU objects.
