Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov said that before conducting a check on video footage of the decapitation of a serviceman with a Ukrainian patch, it is necessary to verify their authenticity. He emphasized that these footage is terrible, but before using it as the basis for verification, it is necessary to conduct a verification and find out whether the execution actually took place, where it took place and who is behind it.

“First, you need to check the authenticity of these terrible shots. Of course, this is terrible footage.”, - stressed Dmitry Peskov.

According to Peskov, we currently live in a world of fakes, so it is necessary to verify the authenticity before using these video frames.

Nevertheless, judging by the video, we are really talking about the death of a serviceman, however, the circumstances of this, for obvious reasons, cannot be clarified.
