The founder of PMC "Wagner" stood up for Moskalev, who was arrested for drawing his daughter, discrediting the army

The PMC "Wagner" does not share the arrest of Moskalev for the anti-war drawing of his daughter.

The owner of Wagner PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin, defended the arrested artist Alexei Moskalev, who was sentenced to two years in prison for a drawing that discredited the army, drawn by his daughter. Prigozhin said that he believes that the sentence was unfair, especially given that Moskalev's daughter will be forced to grow up in an orphanage. He also noted that many children lost their relatives and were forced to end up in orphanages, which is a great tragedy for Russia and its future.

In his letter addressed to Gritsaenko, Prosecutor of the Tula Region, Prigozhin asks to verify the legality of the verdict and to allow the lawyers of the League of Veterans of Local Conflicts and Wars to participate in this case on the side of the accused.

It should be noted that at the moment there are no official comments from the prosecutor's office of the Tula region on this matter. However, it is likely that they may try to replace Moskalev's term with a conditional one, although only on condition that the fact that the children's drawing did not have malicious intent is recognized.

Moskalev himself did not comment on this situation in any way.
