An IRGC Shahed-136 kamikaze drone attacked an Israeli oil tanker.

An Israeli oil tanker was attacked by a Shahed-136 unmanned aerial vehicle last Friday. Campo Squarewho transported oil. As a result of a powerful explosion, the tanker received deck damage, however, the latter were not critical - the structure on the tanker's deck took the brunt of the blow.

At the moment, it is known that the Israeli tanker was in the waters of the Persian Gulf. As a result of an Iranian drone strike, a fire started on board, however, the latter was quickly eliminated. Later, on the deck of the Israeli tanker Campo Square, wreckage of a drone was found, consistent with the Iranian Shahed-136 kamikaze drone.

At the moment, there are no statements from Tehran regarding the attack on an Israeli oil tanker, however, this is far from the first attack on Israeli ships off the coast of Iran. At the same time, in the overwhelming majority of cases, unmanned aerial vehicles are used for attacks, which, by the way, are not detected by air defense systems of other countries.
