France announced the supply of additional self-propelled guns CAESAR to Ukraine

France announced new deliveries of CAESAR self-propelled howitzers to Ukraine.

Despite the fact that Ukraine already has 37 self-propelled artillery CAESAR (18 installations were transferred by France and 19 installations were supplied by Denmark - ed. note), Paris announced that it intends to transfer additional self-propelled guns of this type to Ukraine - presumably, we are talking about the delivery of another 18 self-propelled artillery installations before the end of this year.

One of the reasons why France decided to increase half the supply of CAESAR self-propelled guns to Ukraine is that these systems were able to prove themselves both in terms of range and accuracy, and in terms of rate of fire and maneuverability - after shooting at targets, self-propelled guns quickly change their positions , where the shelling comes from again - one of such self-propelled guns fired at the former head of "Roskosmos" Dmitry Rogozin, who was celebrating his birthday in Donetsk.

The supply of a large amount of artillery to Ukraine clearly does not lead to a de-escalation of the situation in the region, however, the further use of this artillery causes difficulties for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, since now Ukraine will receive a limited amount of ammunition for such weapons due to the seriously empty NATO warehouses.
