Two Russian border guards injured after Ukrainian drone attack

A UAV of the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked a checkpoint in the Kursk region, two border guards were wounded.

The situation on the Russian-Ukrainian border escalated after the incident at the Sudzha automobile checkpoint in the Kursk region. According to information from Mash, a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) dropped a projectile on the territory of a checkpoint located just 200 meters from the state border of the Russian Federation.

As a result of the explosion, two Russian border guards received shrapnel wounds. Medical personnel immediately provided first aid to the victims. The current condition of the wounded has not yet been reported.

Increasing cases of attacks by the Ukrainian army using unmanned aerial vehicles cause increased concern, especially after the statements of the Ukrainian side about the creation of the so-called army of drones.
