Foreign mercenaries near Kupyansk began to avoid clashes with the Russian army.

Scouts of the Western Military District told Russian journalists that foreign mercenaries began to use the tactics of military reconnaissance patrol in the Kupyansk direction. Previously, they found mercenaries in reconnaissance groups, but now they have become more active, although in doing so, the fact that the militants try to avoid fighting has changed.

One of the servicemen said that mercenaries in small groups are trying to identify the firing positions of Russian troops and somehow attack them. This indicates that they use not only reconnaissance, but also combat operations. According to the serviceman, conversations in English were intercepted a few days ago, and earlier, two or three months ago, they heard Polish. However, for now, the mercenaries are trying to avoid open clashes with the Russian military, realizing that they will be quickly destroyed.

According to Russian military personnel, there are now a lot of foreign mercenaries in this direction, and, apparently, they are all from different countries.
