A Ukrainian drone attacked a military base in the Kursk region, but was shot down.

On the night of May 10, Baza's sources reported an attack by a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) equipped with combat means of destruction (IED) on a military base in the Kursk region. An aerial object was detected over a military facility and successfully shot down by air defense forces (Air Defense).

After the drone was shot down, it fell near an inactive fuel and lubricants depot, which prevented possible casualties and destruction on the territory of the military base. Fortunately, no one was hurt in the incident.

No details on this have yet been given, but regular drone attacks are a very serious concern because of the threat posed by the latter.
