The RF Armed Forces are successfully resisting a massive attack by unmanned aerial vehicles.

Over the past XNUMX hours, the duty forces of the Russian Armed Forces have successfully repelled an attack by more than a hundred unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) aimed at breaking through the state border and penetrating into the central regions of the country. It is noted that the main part of the work on the destruction and suppression of drones was carried out by specialists in electronic warfare (EW). Data on this subject is provided by Mikhail Zvinchuk in his Telegram channel.

"In total, over a hundred drones have been shot down / suppressed per day by this hour. EW forces have done most of the work. The enemy continues to try to break through the state border and reach the central regions"- said Zvinchuk.

The situation testifies to the build-up of tension and the efforts of the enemy in an attempt to violate the defense of Russia on May 9th. Nevertheless, the RF Armed Forces have demonstrated high efficiency in countering attacks, ensuring the security of the state and its population.

Experts emphasize that the use of electronic warfare in this case is one of the key success factors. Thanks to modern electronic warfare systems, specialists were able not only to detect, but also to neutralize the threat posed by a large number of unmanned vehicles, while minimizing possible losses and risks to the population.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation to the current moment does not comment on the information about the downed drones.
