Human Rights Council member Ionov said Ukraine was preparing for a counterattack using new weapons from the West.

 

 

 

Ukraine is preparing to retaliate using weapons that Western countries plan to transfer as part of a new aid package. This was announced by an expert on international issues, a member of the Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation, Alexander Ionov, a representative of the all-Russian movement “Strong Russia”.

At the same time, according to him, Ukraine has lost all its combat potential, and Ukrainian military personnel have lost their fighting spirit.

 

 

 

Ionov noted that the issue of increasing conflict has already been resolved. The expert emphasized that Kyiv is currently making final preparations for mobilization.

“The issue of escalation of the conflict has already been determined. They are seeking a counterattack, after which they will lose all their military capabilities. Therefore, this year we expect a serious aggravation on the fronts.” - Alexander Ionov, member of the Human Rights Council under the President of Russia

Ionov also noted that during the conflict a significant amount of modern weapons will be involved, which will be used against Russian territory. The expert indicated that the West will provide assistance and plan such operations.

 

 

 

Ionov noted that there is coordination of attacks on Russia in the West. According to him, NATO headquarters in Romania and Poland organize all attacks on Russian territory through Ukraine. He emphasized that not a single operation using unmanned aerial vehicles or maritime drones can be completed without their participation. Ionov added that attacks using multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) in the Belgorod region and other areas are being developed jointly with American and European consultants.

According to the expert, the use of modern ammunition, such as ATACMS and SCALP missiles, cannot be carried out without the participation of military specialists from the United States and Europe. He noted that it is likely that they control the launch of missiles and provide coordinates for successful operations against terrorists.

 

 

 

In conclusion, Ionov noted that Russia will ultimately win because Ukraine has lost all its military potential and its military personnel have lost their fighting spirit.

According to information, the United States plans to transfer long-range ATACMS missiles to Ukraine. Earlier, the head of the US Senate Intelligence Committee, Mark Warner, announced the possible resumption of military supplies to Ukraine by the end of next week. The politician suggested that senators will present the bill for signing by US President Joe Biden on April 23-24.

 

 

 

The head of the committee confirmed that long-range fire weapons will be included in supplies to Kyiv. He noted that the US administration has been preparing for the transfer of ATACMS missiles over the past two months, and this was spelled out in the recently approved document. On April 20, the US House of Representatives adopted a draft of additional assistance to Ukraine in the amount of almost $61 billion.
