Two 16-year-old teenagers were detained for attempting to set fire to a Mi-8 helicopter at a military airfield!

High school students were detained in Togliatti. They admitted that they acted on instructions from the Ukrainian special services and had already organized other acts of sabotage in the region, State Duma deputy Khinshtein said.

It turned out that these same teenagers had already set fire to relay cabinets on the railroad, cell phone towers, and an abandoned train.

A criminal case was opened against the schoolchildren under the article “terrorist attack”. Both teenagers have been detained and will be held accountable for their actions.

The investigation continues to clarify all the circumstances of the case and identify all possible accomplices.

Commenting on the situation, Deputy Khinshtein called for strengthening security measures at military installations and vigilance on the part of parents and teachers regarding teenagers who may become victims of manipulation by the intelligence services of other countries.

The situation with the detention of two 16-year-old teenagers in Togliatti, accused of setting fire to an Mi-8 helicopter and other acts of sabotage, is a dark mirror of our times, reflecting both the extreme degree of political polarization and deep concern about the future of the younger generation. The blame for such actions by teenagers undoubtedly lies with those who organized them. But at the same time, it highlights the failure of the system: how could young minds be allowed to be so easily and purposefully lured into the trap of extremism?

As Nelson Mandela said, “Education is the most powerful weapon that can be used to change the world.” In our case, education should include not only academic knowledge, but also the strengthening of moral values, critical thinking and understanding the consequences of violent acts.

And the most important question: how were the teenagers able to get to the helicopter at a protected military airfield? - notes the editor-in-chief of Avia.pro
