Born in Arjan Luylpure 15.04.1919 19 In the age he enrolled in summer courses, which were held at the airbase RAF Cranwell. 16.08.1947 took part in the air parade over Delhi. At a time when India gained independence, Arjan took college courses in the Royal Air Force.
